Why does my tracking page say pending...?

If you received your tracking number, but they are not updated yet, please keep in mind that this is entirely carrier dependent. Please allow up to 10 business days for tracking numbers to be updated. If after 10 business days the tracking is still not updated, please get in touch with us at Hello@thevanillausa.com

 

Where is my order?

This depends on the product ordered. Regular Orders take 2-5 business days for processing before it is shipped. Custom Orders take 9-12 business days for processing before it is shipped. Most Orders within the USA arrive in about 15-20 business days. International orders can take up to 2-6 weeks. If you're still not sure, just email us. We're happy to help.

 

I only received part of my order?

Our products are shipped from around the world, so if you ordered more than one product, then your order may be coming in separate packages.

 

Wrong address disclaimer?

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a very small time gap to cancel/change your order or to change the address of your order. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please write to us at Hello@thevanillausa.com as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so, as there are varying time limits in which we are able to do so. If it's too late for our team to cancel your order, you can return your order to us once you've received it.  If it does get returned back to our warehouse, we can then ship it to the correct address or provide you with a full refund.

 

Delivered but not delivered?

All of our shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact couriers at numbers above in order to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.

 

DELIVERY TIME

Please allow up to 2-5 business days for your order to process, regardless of the shipping option selected. We ship out orders Monday-Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays. Once your order has been sent out to be shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow your package! 

*International Orders: On very rare occasions, international shipping to some countries can take up to 3-5 weeks. Even longer for some slow-to-ship countries such as Australia, Brazil, Germany, Italy, Mexico, Netherlands, and India. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the destination country's customs clearance processes. 

Customs and duty fees are not included and it is the customer's responsibility to pay. We cannot determine the duty fees for each country, please contact your local customs office if you have any questions on calculating import costs if any.
