Yes, it's true! We ship worldwide. 

It will take 3-7 business days to process any custom jewelry order then it is shipped, shipping times vary, us shipping times are 11-21 days + processing times which varies from 5-7 days regardless of the shipping option selected. Any non custom jewelry piece such as a ring has a processing time of  We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. We do NOT ship orders the same day. Please allow up to 3-7 business days for orders to process (if you order on Monday, your order should ship out on Thursday or Friday). You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

International Orders: On very rare occasions international shipping to some countries can take 3-5 weeks. Even longer for some slow-to-ship countries such as Australia, Brazil, Germany, Italy, Mexico, Netherlands and Romania. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the destination country's customs clearance processes. 

Customs and duty fees are not included and it is the customer's responsibility to pay. We cannot determine the duty fees for country to country, please contact your local customs office if you have any questions.



Once your payment has cleared, you will receive an e-mail when your order has been processed (this may take up to 48 hours). You will receive a second confirmation e-mail once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number and a link to follow the journey of your package. If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. Please allow 1 - 4 days for the tracking information to show. In some rare case, the tracking information may not update but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time.



It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a very small time gap to cancel/change your order or to change the address of your order. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please write to us at as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so, as there are varying time limits in which we are able to do so. If it's too late for our team to cancel your order, you can return your order to us once you've received it.  If it does get returned back to our warehouse, we can then ship it to the correct address or provide you with a full refund.


All of our shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact couriers at numbers above in order to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address. 

Where Is My Order?
    This depends on the product ordered.Regular Orders take 2-5 business days for processing before it is shipped. Custom Orders take 5-7 business days for processing before it is shipped. Most Orders within the USA arrive in about 15-20 business days. International orders can take up to 2-6 weeks. If you're still not sure, just email us. We're happy to help.
      I Only Received Part Of My Order, Where's The Rest Of My Order?
        Our products are shipped by item, so if you ordered more than one product, then your order may be coming in separate packages.
